At Ailsya, we are committed to providing reliable and timely delivery for all orders. We offer two delivery options: Standard Delivery and Express Delivery, to ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible.

Delivery Options & Timeframes

We offer two types of shipping:

Shipping Details

  • Business Hours: We operate from Monday to Saturday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Orders are processed only during business hours.
  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM on a business day will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
  • Standard Delivery: For Standard Delivery, you can expect your order to arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Express Delivery: For Express Delivery, orders placed before 3:00 PM  will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery: Free of charge.
  • Express Delivery: A flat fee of 50 AUD.

Our Logistics & Delivery Service

  • We use our own logistics and delivery team to ensure your order is delivered directly to your address.
  • Our team will reach out to you to schedule a delivery time that works for you, ensuring a smooth and convenient experience.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently offer shipping within Australia only.
  • Some remote areas may have longer delivery times, but we will inform you if your delivery is affected.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery’s progress.
